Work visa for Norway!

Hello all,

This may be a naive question but is it possible (for a Canadian without a work visa) to find work in Oslo. What would be the steps needed to obtain work legally. I've called the Canadian embassy and they were not much help.

I thank you in advance for any information that you may provide.
