I currently work for a company in Canada and they have offered me a position to work at their head quarters in the States. They will be seeking the appriorate work authorizations and from what i have been told, they have filled a I-129 form.
My questions is what type of visa will I be eligible for if the I-129 application is approved? Are there any limitations with regards to length of visa, etc?
