Here's my scenario: I'm a dual citizen (US/CND) and have lived in Canada almost my entire life, but have a SS number and US passport. My husband (a CND citizen) is considering a job in the States, but the company has said they cannot offer sponsorship. Because of my status, would he be okay to accept a job, ie: would he be legally able to work there because I'm a citizen?

TIA!

Only if you move to the US and sponsor him yourself for an immigrant visa based on marriage. Which will take a few months to a year to process.
