Working in Canada, living in USA

Hi there,

Big problem. Fell in love with a woman who lives an hour away from me across the boarder in Washington state. I live in British Columbia. I would like to see what it would be like to live close to her and have a bit of a more normal relationship. We've been together for 4 years. I have a good job in Canada and would like to try to live in the US and then commute to Canada 4 out of every 9 days for work. Is this possible? Do i need to get a visa? If so what kind of visa could I be eligible for? Thank you so much for your help!
