Working in Canada while living in US

Hi there, I too am stuck between a business I love, and getting married to a man I love as well. the "plan" is to live with him in US 3wks at a time and come up and run my business/attend to my dealings for 1 week out of the month. I really do not care about becoming a US citizen as much as I care about bringing the family together.

What are your views on my plan? do you think I can do this without getting denied entry, or would going through the whole legal immigration process be the best avenue. Getting banned from the US seems a bit harsh, but push comes to shove and I would choose the family for sure.

Could I do this with a Nexus pass?

Cordially,

Sandra

It may work for a while, but sooner or later you're likely to get stopped and denied entry.

I don't know much of anything about the Nexus pass though, or how much information they ask for on the application and whatnot.
