working visa cost as "other employment expenses" in T1 Tax

As an factual resident or deemed resident of Canada, Has anybody reported foreign Working Visa cost on "line229 Other employment Expenses" in T1 form? Cause it sounds like falling into this catagory.

Quote: Page29 of "General Income tax and Benefit Guide":
"You can deduct certain expense you paid to earn employment income, if your employment contract required you to pay and you did not receive an allowance for the expense"
