Worried about my passport application any advise?

I have everything booked (non refundable bus tickets, hotel reservations etc. $$$ stuff) to go to victoria BC to apply for my passport so I can meet my wife down in the US, I have all my info filled out but on section 1 of the application due to my nerves (I get nervous filling out these stupid applications for some reason, I only have one copy of the friggin application my printer is really shitty for ink so going on the website and getting one probably wont work) I printed my last name on the Surname at birth section below my given names as well as on the Surname section above the Given names section. in the guide it tells me that completion of the Surname at birth is only needed if I have changed my name, which I haven't. Will my passport be rejected and the hundreds of dollars Im spending to do this go down the tubes? or is something like that negligable on the application? and if it isnt is there a way to correct it that will not void my application? Please help me

Can't you just get a new ink cartridge for your printer? Or go to a library and print a new form off?
