YMA and SWAP visa

Hey all,

I am new to this forum and like many other on here would like to move to Germany and find a job there. Currently I live in Canada, Hamilton/Niagara region. My question is what is the difference between the YMA visa and the SWAP visa.
As I am about to research more about my option for the German immigration i stumbled upon those two option but am not clear about their differences and advantages.
If anyone can provide me with more information, I am greatly thankful.
