York, a good place?

Hello Eaverybody!

Has anyone been or living in York? I am in London right now, and am thinking about headed to York next week to look for work. Any thoughts(good or bad) on the idea would be great!

Hi Megan

I first visited York in 1985 and loved it as a tourist. I said then that if and when I have kids I would take them to York as it steaps with history and loads to see and do.

My thoughts are its a great place to visit and could be a great place to live.
