Youth Mobility Scheme Visa-Application Question

Hey all, I'm a first time poster but have been reading some threads on this site while trying to plan a move to the UK. I was wondering if anyone could help explain to me about the preplanned itinerary and address that is required for the application. Are they looking for the applicant to already have a specific place of residence all lined up or is it acceptable to simply inform them of the hostels that you plan on staying at for the first while.

The reason I ask is because I plan on exploring my options when I get there so I wont really have an address to give them on my visa application. Thanks for the help!
