The one tip I can give is this - Post your resume everywhere. I received many emails from employers who I didn't even apply to- they just found my resume on one of the following sites, and in fact is how I found my last overseas job abroad. It works!

I strongly recommend this site to find a job overseas. Post your resume and you'll quickly get in touch with employers.
Monster.com. Monster.com rocks! You can find lots of information, and post several versions of my resume. I had offers from around the world after posting my resume and found great positions to apply for.
Work Visas and PermitsDon't forget though that depending on which country you're planning on working in, you'll most likely need to get a work visa and residency permit. Every country is different, but much of the process is the same. This can make things difficult because you usually need to get the company to apply on your behalf. Be sure to check with them!
