Is there something like a Staples or Fedex in Germany/Berlin

Post Fri Sep 24, 2010 8:21 am

Hi everyone,

I've recently moved to Berlin, and have some forms, etc, to mail, copy and send. I know I can probably print things up in an internet cafe, but does anyone know where I can buy envelopes?

Is there any equivalent in Berlin/Germany to a Staples? Office supply store?

I know there is probably a simple answer, but I think I'm getting lost in translation. When I do a search for B├╝robedarfladen I get nothing.

Thanks for any help/advice!!!

Saw I had a few views on this, so thought I would post my results for anyone in the future!

I'm in Berlin.

MediaMarkt proved to be my friend for all things electronic. (I had to burn a lot of cds)

McPaper helped me out with envelopes (bulk)

And Copy Clara as well as Sprintout Digitaldruck (several locations for this) helped me with all my printing/photocopying needs. I had a lot of resumes to print, and I wanted the quality and cost to be better than I could find in an internet cafe.

Perhaps this will help someone else struggling with googling "auf Deutsch!"

There are actually normal stores and in some big supermarkets you can also get envelopes. At post-offices also..
