Permanent residence in the Ukraine

we are wondering how easy to get a PR status in the Ukraine for retired canadians...thinking of buying some house near the black sea...

im not sure if here is some one with the real experience of doing that, but may be some ukrainian follow can advise about such things, huh..

have no ukrainian roots etc...but love to be there.
