New TN application Questions for the group

Hello there,

I will be applying for the TN visa soon in the Engineer category. I have 2 questions:

1. Do I need the original offer letter, the company has sent me all the docs via email? I have the orginal educational degrees but was wondering if I should ask the company to fedex all the orginal docs? Does it matter?

2. Do I need the the work duration to be specified given it is contingent on TN visa duration and subsequent renewals?

Please can you share your exp for the types of questions asked around Engineer category?
