About La Posada De Taos

La Posada de Taos Bed & Breakfast is a historic adobe inn just two blocks from the Taos Plaza. As the first B&B in Taos, La Posada is unique among the town’s small Inns. Set inside the Taos Historic District, the home has stayed true to its roots as a Pueblo-style Hacienda. The guest rooms are each decorated in a style true to Taos and original artwork adorns the walls throughout the home.

Our position close to Taos Plaza affords opportunities few others have: strolls through the shops and galleries, immediate access to the finest restaurants in Taos, and short walks to the Harwood and Blumenschein Museums.

From dramatic sunrises to stargazing nights, romantic moments abound at La Posada. Our century-old adobe home captures the elegance and charm, the quiet and calm, the slower and simpler world of the Southwest.

Take a sunset walk down narrow lanes lined with stately trees and adobe homes, spend an intimate evening by your fireplace, or relax on your veranda surrounded by beautiful gardens that soothe your spirit.
Enjoy all that La Posada has to offer—a place to get away, a time to relax, a retreat to a peaceful hacienda, under a Northern New Mexico sky.
