Enjoy an extraordinary vacation at our historic Taos bed and breakfast hacienda nestled among beautiful gardens and towering trees on 22 acres in Taos, New Mexico.

Your day begins in your luxurious suite, with such Southwestern treasures as hand-carved furniture, kiva fireplaces and local artwork. After a bountiful gourmet breakfast, explore the cultural and active pursuits that make Taos NM unique: the Historic Taos Plaza, art galleries and festivals, the 1000-year-old Native American community at Taos Pueblo, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, rafting and more.

In the evening, relax on one of the beautiful patios and soak in amazing sunsets, incredible views of Taos Mountain and the star-filled New Mexico sky.

Luxury Suites

Experience true southwestern hospitality in one of our eight luxury suites with hand-carved furniture, kiva fireplaces, private baths, televisions, down comforters, leather sofas and king or queen beds. All rates are based on double occupancy. These unique Taos Lodging packages include a full breakfast plus a breakfast buffet. $50 per night for an additional person. All rooms are non-smoking.

Extraordinary Breakfast

A bountiful buffet plus a hot entree is served each morning in the sun-filled dining room. Breakfast is served at your leisure from 8:00 am until 10:00 am in summer and 7:00 am to 9:30 am in the winter.

Deveaux

A very private suite, with an entrance from one of our patios. Step into the sitting area and relax on a colored leather sofa in front of a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile floors, viga and latilla ceilings. Look out the many windows and enjoy the view of Taos Mountain, the pasture and mesa. On occasion you may catch a glimpse of a coyote, a red tail hawk or even a bald eagle. The suite also has beautiful hand carved furniture and a queen size bed with a cozy down comforter, private bath and television.

DesGeorges

Enjoy the beautiful hand carved furniture and the original art by James Mac in the sitting area of this lovely suite complete with kiva fireplace and television. From the private entrance you can step out into the patio and take in the spectacular views of Taos Mountain and the wide open spaces that surround our lovely Inn. Amazing sunsets and beautiful star filled skies add to the charm of this suite. Pass through the carved doors into the bedroom area where a private bath and a queen size bed with a fluffy down comforter make this a perfect setting for a lovely weekend getaway.

Alejandro

The only second story and very cozy suite has beautiful hand carved furniture. Cuddle up in your queen size bed and down comforter and enjoy a crackling fire from a corner kiva fireplace. The views of Taos mountain and mesa from your peach colored leather love seat give you a glimpse of the beauty of Taos. Original art by local artist, a television and a private bath complete with a stained glass window make this small suite a wonderful weekend getaway.

Trujillo

One of the original rooms dating back to the 1850s has been beautifully refurbished. Complete with coved ceilings, vigas, a beautiful corner kiva fireplace and a queen size bed set into an arch. Original art by Bunny Oliver, one of our guests from Austin, Texas, hangs over a peach colored leather love seat, set in a small arch. The private bath has a steeping tub surrounded by talavera tile from Mexico. The French doors provide an exterior entrance from the portal where one can sit and enjoy our sunny blue skies, gardens and the beautiful Taos Mountain.

Adriana

From the moment you step into this beautiful spacious suite you feel the warmth and romance of this very unique place. The suite is appointed with wonderful local art, paintings by James Mac, a sculptured cactus coffee table, and an adobe fire place, made by well known artist Carmen Velarde. A large leather sofa invites you to enjoy a warm pinion fire. Picture windows through out the suite allow you to enjoy the lovely patio garden and uninterupted views of the surrounding landscape and mesa. The graceful arched door way frames the bedroom area, complete with an inviting down comforter on a king bed. An eight foot hand carved vanity and private bath add the finishing touches to this romantic space. From the bedroom area step out though the French doors onto the portal, wander around an old orchard that dates back to the original hacienda and take in our spectacular New Mexico sunsets. Alexis

Step into this gorgeous spacious suite surrounded by windows that fill this beautiful space with brilliant New Mexico sunshine. The sitting area is decorated with art by James Mac, a sculptured cactus coffee table and a large leather sofa that faces a beautiful adobe kiva fireplace. The ceiling of vigas and split cedar latillas are traditional to this kind of architecture and give the suite a welcoming southwest warmth. An arched doorway leads you into a large bedroom area, complete with king bed and down comforter, private bath, and an eight foot hand carved vanity to add to the romantic feeling of your suite. From the bedroom step out through French doors to the back orchard with fruit trees that date back to the original hacienda. From the portal enjoy our spectacular New Mexico sunsets. Alyda

A spacious beautifully appointed suite, art by James Mac, green leather sofa and an adobe kiva fire place by Carmen Velarde in a cozy sitting area. Step through an arched door way into your bedroom suite, enjoy the view of the garden and orchard from a large corner window. An eight foot hand carved vanity, private bath and a king size bed complete with a down comforter, set the stage for a memorable and romantic stay. Accommodations include Television and Telephone.

Rivera

Another of the hacienda’s original rooms has several oil painting by James Mac a local artist. The suite has a king size bed and down comforter. Step down into a sunken sitting area, where a peach colored leather sofa invites you to enjoy a cozy fire from a kiva fireplace, built and designed by Carmen Velarde a well known local whose adobe fireplaces grace many homes. A large picture window showers the room with warm southwest sunshine. The suite has a large private bath with an eight foot hand carved vanity. Accommodations include Television and Telephone.
